Whitten & Co is a global programme management and transformation consultancy firm, catering to listed, private, and public sector clients across a wide of industries.  Established in 2014, Whitten & Co currently operates from two offices in Bristol, UK and Sydney, Australia. 

Our areas of expertise include operating model transformation, process innovation and leadership, business restructuring (including shared services, centre of excellence, and outsourcing models), mergers and acquisitions, and technology-enabled change.

Meet the Team

Jennifer Whitten

Director and Founder of Whitten & Co

Director and founder Jennifer Whitten is a business transformation leader engaged to design, plan, and execute complex business and cultural change. Her career spans over two decades, originally with the Big 4 accounting firms and management consultancies and later in industry.

She has worked with leading companies and public sector organisations across most continents to deliver major programmes of work, with a particular focus on clients in the utilities, logistics, and manufacturing industries, and the public sector. Jennifer takes pride in offering a tailored service to each of her clients and relishes the opportunity to jointly solve her clients’ biggest business and cultural challenges.

Outside of work, Jennifer is a trustee for a not-for-profit arts organisation and audit and risk committee chair for a local council.

Chloe Barr

Social Media & Website Administrator

Chloe is a part of our Social Media & Website Development team here at Whitten & Co and has been a key-player in establishing our online presence.

Chloe is a local photographer and has been taking photos for as long as she can remember. At the age of seven Chloe received her first camera and has not been seen without one since, setting up her photography business Chloe Barr Creative in 2018. She prides herself in using her images to tell a meaningful story, specialising in Family, Fashion & Wedding Photography. 

In her spare time, Chloe regularly volunteers at her local church as a part of the media & creative team. 

Kelsey Mackay

Personal Assistant

Kelsey is the newest member of our team! Her role is to assist our Director, Jennifer Whitten, in her every day tasks to maximise productivity of the company. 

Kelsey has spent the past 2 and a half years working in various roles within the NHS. She’s been a key-player in a local doctors surgery where she has been able to develop skills within administration & phlebotomy.

In her spare time, Kelsey loves taking photos & regularly volunteers at her local church as a part of the media & creative team.
